I wouldn't consider myself a writer, per se, but I do dabble in it from time to time.
By far the most polished and complete example of my writing is my foundry tutorial book on this site. That's a technical work, though, not creative fiction.
Here is a rather pessimistic short story I wrote a while ago. It's written in such a way that all the abnormally capitalized words can be replaced with other words, sort of like a mad lib, in order to criticize your favorite target. Be careful when doing that, though, that you don't miss the point.
I'm in the process of writing a novel-length science fiction story, but nothing is postable yet. Currently, it's about thirty sentences I like, interspersed with about thirty pages of technobabble.
